Dr. Lindsey Mallais, ND
Dr. Lindsey Mallais, ND is a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.
Hi! I’m Lindsey Mallais, a Naturopathic Doctor. I graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). I am passionate about Naturopathic medicine because it allows me to spend the time necessary with you, my patients, to truly know you as a whole. I am passionate about working with you to identify your personal health goals and priorities, and to help you address the root causes of your health concerns.
A little bit about me – In my second year at CCNM I became pregnant with my son. My journey through pregnancy and birth inspired an interest in helping other women through this period of great physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual change in their lives. I have had the honour of attending births as a doula; all truly inspiring experiences. I look forward to gaining more experience in this area. I also have a special interest in all other aspects of women’s health, including menstrual, vaginal and cervical health and hormone balancing. After graduating from CCNM, I became pregnant with my daughter, who joined our little family last year.
I am now accepting patients in Toronto, Ontario at Accept Wellness, located at Carleton and Jarvis. I am available on Thursdays from 10am until 6pm. I look forward to seeing you soon, and supporting you in identifying and achieving your health goals in all realms of health: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. As your Naturopath, I will work hard for you and with you so that you can achieve the best health outcomes possible—you deserve to feel great!
Dr. Emily Casey, ND
I’m Dr. Emily Casey, ND and I am a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and Queen’s University (Bachelor of Science, Kinesiology).
The goal of my practice is to provide natural healthcare to help you and your family be happy, healthy, and thriving! I will educate and empower you to make the health choices that will have lifelong benefits for you and your children. The support of a naturopath can lead to optimal health outcomes, from preconception, through pregnancy and birth, and throughout childhood. My experience includes interning on the pediatric focus shift at the Robert Schad Naturopathic clinic. I also completed an externship at the multi disciplinary clinic called The World of My Baby, gaining training in naturopathic therapies for fertility and pregnancy care. I have obtained additional doula training with the Association of Perinatal Naturopathic Doctors and attended multiple births over the course of my studies.
I am passionate about the benefits of naturopathic medicine. Through my own health journey, I have learned the importance of individualized treatment and healing the whole person. It was through natural approaches to digestive wellness and the support of a naturopathic doctor that I was able to heal from celiac disease. In my practice, I now recommend treatments and support patients with celiac disease, irritable bowel syndrome, and many other digestive concerns. I believe strongly that your overall health begins with a healthy digestive system.
I enjoy living an active life, including swimming and running, drinking tea, and I’m always on the lookout for new and delicious gluten-free food!
I look forward to sharing my skills, compassionate approach and positive energy to help address your health concerns and support you in establishing your wellness goals so you can live your life fully.
