Initial Consultation:
All new patients require an initial visit.
This visit is about gathering your full health history and investigating your health concerns. Includes a physical exam. Plan for approximately 1 hour.

Second visit:
A comprehensive consultation is scheduled within 1 week of the initial visit. Your nutritional assessment and full treatment plan will be discussed. If indicated, includes acupuncture. Can take 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Subsequent visits:
These can be concise consultations OR comprehensive consultations. Follow up visits really depend on the case and can be every 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks until things stabilize. Clients receiving acupuncture do best when they come in for weekly treatments.

Comprehensive Consultation:
40-60 minutes in length. Includes nutrition, lifestyle, herb and/or supplement check in, and acupuncture or craniosacral therapy.

Concise Consultation:
Supportive follow-ups at regular intervals. 20-30 minutes in length.

Quick Consultation:
For simple colds, sudden infections, before or after anti-biotics

Mom & Baby Initial visit:
Both mother and baby get full initial naturopathic consultations

Acupuncture:
The effects of acupuncture are cumulative and therefore weekly treatments are most effective, until significant improvements are achieved.

CranioSacral Therapy:
This gentle hands-on treatment usually lasts about 30-45 minutes.

At this time email is used only for booking appointments.
