I created this program because I hate to see people suffer from stress.
I want to help AS MANY people as possible live their full potential.
I'm sure you have your share of stressors.
Maybe you're a busy professional or entrepreneur keeping up with the demands of your work and life.
Perhaps you're a new (or experienced) mother dealing with new challenges each time your child goes through a new phase.
Sometimes one of the most stressful things in life can be the loss of a loved one. Even though there can be the silver lining and beauty within any situation, life can seem hard.
Many physical symptoms are stress symptoms, since your outer state is a reflection of your inner state.
My wish for you...
Is to help you move from struggle and stress to mindfulness and relaxation faster and with more ease
Is to help lay a foundation of relaxation techniques and exercises you can use whenever you need
Is to develop positive HABITS to start and end your day in a mindful way
Is to learn from your stress symptoms so that true healing can start to happen
Is that you use this as a supportive program in addition to the personalized work you are doing with your practitioner
Is most of all, for you to feel happier, healthier, and more aligned with who you really are.
I thought I'd share one of my personal experiences with stress.
When I was growing up, I suffered from severe, oozing, bleeding eczema on my face and many other parts of my body. I could not hide it, and it was a very frustrating and extremely itchy. Doctors would give me stronger medications, that only gave me temporary relief, but I knew in my gut that if didn't change my stress response my skin would only get worse. I realized that my severe, bleeding eczema was a stress symptom and I had accepted that something needed to be different. I learned so much from having my body show me that I needed to change. That moment of feeling SO bad gave me an opportunity to positively change how I was responding. This profound experience showed me with absolute clarity that physical symptoms can be connected to stress.
I accepted the symptom, learned from it and made some changes.
It's a powerful thing when you can actually use stress to your advantage. The process took me several years and I wish I had help earlier on because now with 20-20 hindsight I know that the proper support would have helped me tremendously, and heal MUCH faster. And yes, my skin did clear up beautifully. I've been through many stressful life situations. I lost my mother when I was 23, I was a new mother when I started a professional program, and I'm currently the owner of a busy naturopathic clinic just to name a few. I had to figure out ways to not only survive, but to thrive. There were definitely days when it felt like life was swirling around and I was not myself. I developed ways to start and end my days, creating a routine with positive habits to anchor me so that I could deal with unexpected challenges with clarity.
